This blog is a tribute to vintage cameras, projectors and photography. With the resurgence and hype on vintage photography like Instagram , 8mm and vintage camera apps for your I phones and smart phones.,I wanted to show and keep alive the real Instagram with real film. I am finding that I too have forgotten what it means to be a photographer. Today we take a picture and put it on facebook or send it to friends and family in minutes.  I recently had to order some 400 ASA black and white film for a 1960 Rollei 35 s shown on the home page. It will take 3-5 days to get the film in the mail. I then will shoot all 24 pictures in a week or so, and then send the film to be developed and scanned to a CD. The total process to see the end result will take 2-3 weeks. The anticipation of seeing the end results is what we have lost. I hope to post my journey in this thing called film.
